Agreement
These terms govern your use of the WeaverData website, live demo and service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
The service
WeaverData provides website analytics, scheduling, payments, lead management and automation tools. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page. We may improve or change features over time.
Accounts
You’re responsible for your account, the people you invite and keeping credentials secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Annual plans include a discount equal to two months. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your data
You own the data you and your website visitors put into WeaverData. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to break the law, send spam, infringe others’ rights, collect sensitive data without consent, or interfere with the service or other customers.
Third-party services
Integrations with calendars, payment processors and email providers are subject to those providers’ terms. We aren’t responsible for services we don’t control.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
